Location

The venue, Building 202, is located at Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby campus. See map of campus. It is located 15 km north of Copenhagen. The address is:

Mode of transportation

Plane
You need to fly to Copenhagen Airport (CPH). From the airport, you can find a taxi or take the metro to Copenhagen. The latter is easy, convenient and environmental friendly. More info here.

Car
You will find the main parking space in the center corridor of campus. All parking areas are marked in the campus map.

Public transportation
It is quite easy to get to the Technical University of Denmark by public transportation. Plan your travel at travel planner. The recommended ticket options are:

  • Single trip ticket (e.g. 5 zones from Copenhagen to DTU costs DKK 60 – EUR 8, 6 zones from airport to DTU costs DKK 68 – EUR 9). Tickets are available at train stations, via dsb.dk and in the mobile app ‘DOT Modilbilletter’ (change to English in ‘Instillinger’ -> ‘Sprog’)
  • City Pass Large covers Copenhagen, airport, DTU as well as Roskilde and Elsinore. (DKK 160 – EUR 21 for 24h, DKK 400 – EUR 53 for 72 h). Buy the City Pass directly here.

Bike
It is easy to get around Copenhagen by bike and you can bring your bike in the S-trains for free (if you by a ticket for yourself). You can bike from Copenhagen to DTU, but you might be a little sweaty after finishing the 15 km ride. More info on biking in Copenhagen here.

Taxi
From the airport it will cost you about DKK 600 (EUR 80) and from downtown Copenhagen about DKK 350 (EUR 47). To order a taxi, please call one of the following numbers:
