Registration fees
Registration includes preconference on September 21st and conference dinner on September 23rd. Please note that the following prices are excluding a VAT of 25.5%.

Social Programme
Dinner is complimentary for all registered participants, but registration is still needed via the registration form.
Payment of registration fees
Bank transfer
- The invoice number must show as reference as identification on bank transactions. The invoice will include all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. All bank charges should be covered by the payer.
- Invoicing fee EUR 19 will be added to all invoices sent for bank transfer. Note that an additional fee of EUR 19 will be charged for any changes made to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or additional data not given during registration).
- Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received.
Online payment
- The following payment methods are accepted: Credit cards Visa and MasterCard (no prepaid cards) and Google Pay.
- Connection is secure between the registration system and the payment service provider during the online payments.

Cancellation and refund policy
For cancellations made before or on August 07, 2026, full refund, deducted with an administration fee of EUR 50.
For cancellations made after August 07, 2026, no refunds will be made.
100% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation. No-show is not considered a cancellation and there will be no refunds for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.
The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
