Information about Oral Presentations

We recommend you to send us your presentation in advance

  • Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (.pptx) format.
  • Please name your file so it clearly shows the day, session number, and your name, for example: Day 1 - Session 2 - John Smith.pptx
  • If your presentation includes video clips, please send these as separate video files as well (not only embedded in the slides) — this ensures smooth playback during the session.
  • Send your files by email to lauri.huuskonen@pulpagency.com no later than the day before the conference (i.e., by 21 September 2026).
  • If your file is too large to send by email, feel free to share it via a WeTransfer link (or similar file-sharing service) instead.

If you can’t send it in advance

  • If you’re unable to send your presentation in advance, please bring it on a USB stick and hand it to our technicians on-site before your session.

Alternatively, you may bring your own laptop to present from. In this case, please note:

  • Make sure your laptop has an HDMI or USB-C output (or bring the appropriate adapter).
  • We recommend using a laptop you have previously used with an external display/screen to avoid any compatibility surprises on the day.
  • Please arrive well before your session so our technicians can test the connection and confirm everything works smoothly.

Questions?

If you have any questions about file formats or submission, feel free to reach out to Lauri at lauri.huuskonen@pulpagency.com.

Pre-conference

  • Please copy your presentation on the presenting computer via USB stick before the session starts or present from your own laptop.
