Posters will be on display on all Conference days.
You should hang up your poster on Tuesday, latest by 17:00.
Presenters are responsible for dismantling their posters at the end of the conference on Thursday, by 14:30 at the latest. The organizers will dispose of all posters that are not removed by the scheduled poster dismantling time.
To fasten your poster, use the pins that are available at the venue. Please use poster material that is light enough and can be fastened with pins.
Posters should be displayed in portrait, not landscape. It is the presenter’s responsibility to prepare the poster in correct size and material ready for presentation. The recommended size is A0: width 841 mm, height 1189 mm.
Prepare the content of your poster so that it is readable from a distance of 1.5 meters. The content should be in English and may include pictures, graphs and tables. Make sure you use the same title that you have used in your abstract.
